Turnkey Project Management
This is the concept of turning an idea into a realistic project, it would initially commence with an investor or similar party wishing to expand their interests but not having the necessary expertise or time to exploit their perceptions into a realistic and viable development.
We can therefore offer our experience to locate and assist in the purchase of suitable land, design the scheme and obtain the planning consent, implement and supervise the construction for any type of development.
To assist you we have at our disposal a very experienced team comprising of architects, structural engineers, and project managers, electrical and hydraulic engineers.
We appreciate that in many cases all of these disciplines will not be required so we are very flexible and can offer a tailor made scheme to meet your budget and requirements.

Throughout construction, there are decisions you get to make to ensure that the home we build is the home you love. Following are some of the stages in which you play an important role:
Architectural meeting
If you don't already have the architect drawings and blueprints, then this meeting is very important for you.
Here you will meet our architect and view samples of what we can offer you.
Then you tell the architect what you want him to design.
This might be a long and hard process, but don't despair, we have the coffee ready for you :-)
After 1 or 2 initial meetings, our architect will complete the drawings and graphics and keep you up-to-date via email.
Pre-construction meeting
Prior to starting construction, you’ll meet with our Project Manager, the person who will manage and oversee construction of your home. He will explain the building process, review the blueprints of your home with you, confirm the options or upgrades that you have chosen, and answer any questions you may have.
