Baan Suay Khanom
This is our fifth project - and the second in Khanom.
This project contains four 2-storey villas with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
All balconies and terraces overlooking the shared pool.
Each villa has 185 sqm living space and appx. 350 sqm garden space.
The first villa is expected to be complete December 2010.

Private Villa in Sra Kaeo
We are building this 2-storey villa with flat roof in Sra Kaeo some 50 kilometers south of Khanom.
The villa has 192 sqm living space with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen plus carport and fishpond .
This villa is expected to be complete November 2010.

Low Rise Condo
Within the end of 2010 we start a new project containing 40 low-rise condos that can be owned in the foreigners own name.
The property will be 2-storey only and each condo will be from 36 to 150 sq.m. All condos will have private balconies and terraces that face the huge common swimming pool right in front of them.
Some condos have private roof-top terraces with Jacuzzi.
Clubhouse with restaurant, pool bar, fitness center and laundry service.

This is our first project completed December 2005.

This is our third project completed in January 2007.
The project contains a 3-storey building with 14 apartments, office and staff room.

from 77 to 84 square meters.

120 square meters.
Total 1,400 square meter build space on 1/2 rai of land.

Baan Thalee Khanom
This is our fourth project completed in May 2008.
The project contains 5 single storey bungalows and 1 beachfront pool villa on a total of 2 rai of land.
Total building space is 850 sqm:
Bungalow 1 and 2 = 100 sqm each.
Bungalow 3, 4 and 5 = 130 sqm each.
Pool villa = 260 sqm.
The infinity pool is 4 x 7 meters.
