Kristian Olsen
His nick name is Kris. Kris is the founder and general manager of Thai Sunshine Developments.
Kris has a bachelor degree in computer science and business administration from Copenhagen Business College.
Kris has lived and worked in Thailand since 1998 and hence he has an extensive experience in Thai real estate.
Since 2006 Kris has lived and worked in the Khanom area so he will be able providing you with the best deal!
Kanidtha Sasen
Her nick name is Nah. Nah is the managing director of Thai Sunshine Developments.
Nah has many years of experience as an accountant and tax auditor at the Thai Revenue Department in Bangkok. She takes care of the company’s accounting and tax reports. She is also a very important negotiator with Thai government agencies to secure a hassle free real estate environment.
Jacques Uhrenholt
His nick name is Jack. Jack is our Partner and Danish Sales Manager.
Jack is a Government charted Real Estate Agent from Denmark and he is a member of The Danish Real Estate Broker Association. He also has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce.
Jack has a background in Real Estate financing, Real Estate sales, Business sales, Mortgages and sales education.
He is in charge of our upcoming Real Estate Housing Projects.

Currently he is working as our agent in Denmark with office in Copenhagen; you can find him in Khanom from 1st September 2010.
Thomas Mehlhorn
His nick name is Tom and he is from Germany. He is our Project Manager having the sole responsibility for all our construction projects.
Tom has worked many years in Germany as a construction manager when he decided to relocate to Thailand in 2004.
Tom has been the project manager for Samui Diamond Villas, Baan Suay Ban Rak and Fundee Apartments in Koh Samui before he finally relocated to Khanom where he was the project manager of Baan Thalee Khanom.
He is now our project manager at our new project Baan Suay Khanom.

Suriyan Sangseng
His nick name is Diew. He is our construction assistant overseeing our construction sites and assures that everything runs smoothly.
Diew has many years of experience as a construction manager in Phuket.
With his experience we and our clients can rest assured that the quality of our construction will be in top shape and no corners will be cut.
He speaks fluent Thai and fair English.
Pitchaya Wongsuwan
Her nick name is Fej. She is our intern office assistant and she makes the best coffee in town.
She assures that everything at our office runs as smoothly as possible.
She is currently studying Tourism and Business at Walailak University.
Fej has a lot of energy and willingness to learn.
She speaks and writes fluent English and will help you to feel comfortable at our office.
